Radhika Opto Electronics Limited has roots dating back almost 4 decades and has come a long way since its humble beginnings. The company started off making conventional lighting fixtures for Crompton Greaves and steadily grew its operations till 2012 where it reached an inflection point with the advent of commercialized LED lights after which the company grew at a rapid pace. We had the foresight to see how disruptive this new technology would be and we decided on capitalizing on this opportunity. Driven by our visionary approach, relentless hard work, exceptional teamwork and uncompromising ethical standards, we constantly added new and innovative products to our portfolio and expanded our customer base to reach all major LED brands of India.

Radhika Industries enters the realm of the electronics sector with the advent of electronic ballast

Radhika Industries establishes the manufacturing of LED bulbs and secures the prestigious EESL on behalf of Crompton Greaves

Kelin Electricals takes over Radhika Industries and the company name changes to Radhika Opto Electronics Private Limited
2018
LED downlights and LED backlit panels are introduced in our product portfolio. The company surpasses the INR 100 Crore revenue mark
2019
Large scale ramp up in LED bulb manufacturing is initiated by setting up plants RD7 and RD8
2020
Large scale increase in emergency products manufacturing is carried out by setting up RD9
2021
The company successfully set up RD10, a state-of-the-art EMS plant for large-scale LED products manufacturing. Additionally, the company also set up injection moulding facility in RD11. The company is accepted in 100 Crore investment bracket in the LED PLI scheme
2022
The company receives the renowned NABL certification
2023
LED Strip light and LED Rope light manufacturing facility created. Additionally, the company has crossed the INR 500 Crore revenue milestone
